The Cotril Glow Zero Oxidant is a professional developer with 6% hydrogen peroxide (20 VOL), specifically formulated for use with the ammonia-free hair color line Glow Zero by Cotril. The gentle, fragrance-free emulsion minimizes the risk of irritation and is ideal for sensitive scalps.

Application: Mix the oxidant in a 1:1 ratio with the Glow Zero hair color. For super-lightening, a mixing ratio of 1:2 is recommended. For professional use only.
