Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.90 per order.

For orders of €30.00 or more, we offer free shipping.

Deliveries to other countries:

We charge shipping costs for international deliveries based on the order value (gross merchandise value):



Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-4 days, and within 2-8 days for international deliveries after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time your payment instruction is issued).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
