Kalentin Eyelashes & Eyebrows Tint Black Blue is a professional dye for intensely dark eyelashes and eyebrows with a cool, bluish-black shade.
The Black Blue shade helps to evenly darken light or barely visible hairs and gives them a particularly expressive, cool color effect. The dye is ophthalmologically tested, PPD and resorcinol-free, and formulated without added fragrance.
The result is lashes and brows that appear darker, fuller, and more intense with an elegant blue-black finish.

Application:
